Copying the MAC Address

I have a question and was wondering if you guys could help me.
I need to recreate a Windows 2003 Server on VMware ESXi. My current server is a licensing server for a few programs we use. Is there a way to copy the MAC address from the old server to the new server?

In VI Client: Edit Settings>Hardware Tab>Network Adapter 1>MAC Address Manual radio button>Enter new (old) MAC in text box.
