its is possible that the second exam have same question from the firts shot?, or even the same exam?

Yes, it's possible to see some of the same questions again. I had to take 70-294 twice, and I saw a lot of the same questions the second time around.Help eradicate blood cancers with a donation to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. -

The questions are drawn from a pool. You'll definite see some of the same, but it will by no means be the same exam. That would be way too easy
