No Sound from CD Player in Fedora Core 2
I recently set up a dual boot system with XP Home and Fedora Core 2.
The sound works fine when tested, except for when I try to play an audio CD with the bundled generic CD player. The CD progresses like it is playing, yet no sound. I've checked the volume settings - nothing is muted, and all appears to be well. I've googled the problem a few times, but haven't been able to find anything substantial.
Anyone else run into this problem before, or any good ideas?
Thanks.
