problem brousing for files within mIcorsoft Office

Hey guys, got this weird problem that when I log in as one of my user account on my PC, when I go into a Ofice App for example excel , then try and open a file using file>open then when I click the down arrow on the dropdown box to search though directories it's taking forever.

This problem does happen when logging into my other account on the PC, it started round about the same time as installing some software that came with a USB stick but not sure if it's realated

Usually happens when there is a mapped network drive in My Computer that is disconnected.

Thanks steve, that was the problem a couple of disconnected drives
