SSL and TLS
Did SSL come first and now we use TLS or the other way around.
Also, SLL is OSI Transport layer 4 - or session layer - I would say Transport because I think it does go from SSL to now TLS which would make sense. I have seen it both ways for both questions.

Psoasman Member Posts: 2,687 ■■■■■■■■■□SSL came first, Netscape came up with it. It is not interchangeable with TLS. TLS is more secure.
