preparing for CCNP

hello to all the seniors.
i just cleared my CCNA and now im going for CCNP. can you suggest how i should prepare for my CCNP. what are the requirements for CCNP and what kind of hardware is necessary.im looking to buy a switch.
which would be best for me? im looking for something affordable.thanks.

Get the Ciscopress books and the Trainsignal stuff.

2950s go pretty cheep on ebay.... try t get 3 or 4. Maybe a 3550 if you can afford it as well.

Dynamips is great for the routing exam.
