MCSA vs. MCITP

Is it more worthwhile these days to go down the MCITP: Enterprise Administrator path vs. getting an MCSA? It seems like Microsoft is pushing those a lot harder these days, especially considering that the MCSA hasn't been updated to cover Server 2008 material. The only way to do that, it appears, is to follow the MCITP path.

The MCTS/MCITP has replaced the MCP/MCSA/MCSE for Windows 2008 and Vista/7. No more MCSA after Server 2003.

If you use 2003, go for the MCSA/MCSE, if not, go for MCITP.

Agreed. At the moment, MCSA/MCSE seems to be more in demand, but that probably will change over time. You can always get MCSA/MCSE & then upgrade later too.
