Hardware Question (3550)

I'm working on my CCNA, and I know I'll need a few switches. I'm trying to pick up switches that I'll be able to use for future studies, and I'm looking at the 3550.

The problem is I don't know the hardware that well, and I don't want to throw money away on things that aren't what I think they are.

"Cisco 3550-24PWR Switch with Power Over Ethernet Option (PoE) and latest EMI IP Services Layer 3 IOS."

Could anyone tell me if the switch in the link below is matches that description, and if it's not could anyone tell me why / how to spot the right one?

The output shows is has the Layer 3 image installed Understand 3550 Software Image Naming Conventions: SMI and EMI.

It is not a POE enabled switch. If it were the description would include PWR as in Catalyst 3550-24 PWR Switch-24. Cisco Catalyst 3550 Series Intelligent Ethernet Switches
