Hi there. ....
Got simple Q:
If you have a very strong network based on DWDM. Traffic is running as IP over DWDM directly. No SONET/SDH, ATM, FrameRelay, ... etc between IP protocol and DWDM.
Would using MPLS in the network will do magic for us ?
Thanks

Without more information I can't give you an absolute answer but I have seen a few companies that converted a traditional WAN solution using whatever L1/L2 connections to MPLS with the same connections and said what did that get me? Nothing more that added complexity. If it works leave it be like the sleeping dog!The only easy day was yesterday!
