NM-4A/S module install 2620xm

Okay try setting this in the router. THe lights light up on the serial and then during boot there is a IOS crash. I am going to try and reset it and see if it happens again. anything particular I am doing wrong?

    Its a bad NM or its not seated properly.

    was not seated properly. I figure it was something so simple. I am glad that is all worked out. Almost got all the routers setup. I am so happy. now just need one more switch.
