Using CompTia certs towards MCSA....

Can anyone really quickly remind me how to use CompTia certs towards MCSA? I have A+ and Net+ but how do I add them to the Microsoft MCP site?

Used to be you had to do it through Comptia, but I don't see the links for it anymore on their website -
