    I'm in US and how long do they take to mail me the Welcome kit? Can I at least get the membership code..!

    I made this recommendation to EC-Council that a CEH should get access to their website via an email without waiting for the package, but I do not know if it was implemented. If you do not get such an email, you will have to wait a few months.
