There is no firewall. My network setup is:
System -> Switch -> Router -> Media Converter(Eth to T1) -> to ISP

I'd double check to see if the router is blocking and that there is no proxy or firewall blocking.
You can use Glasnost to see if your ISP is doing something with the torrent traffic.
I'd also check for software firewalls on the machine.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -
