Moving a AD OU
I am considering moving 2 of my OU's inside a new OU named Org Units.
My question is how will this affect the group policies that are applied to these OU's?
Will the group policies stay associated with the OU's if I do endup moving them in 1 OU?

I believe that the group policies will stay associated with the OU's. However, forgive me if I'm wrong, I'm refreshing myself on group policy as we speak.Taking 70-294 very soon...again -

The links will be preserved (as long as you move the OUs themselves and not just the objects inside them) -

the links will be preserved (as astorrs said) but the inheritence from parent OUs will not, as they will no longer be the parent once its moved.
