Hello everyone,
I just got off the phone with a staffing firm, Apex Systems, about a Level I Help Desk job with Nuvox Communications.
Has anyone ever dealt with this staffing firm before? Any advice? I am excited and a little nervous at the same time. They sent me a mock IT support resume to supposedly help me refine mine. Personally I think mine looks much better than theirs. They want me to send them my updated resume. Does this mean they didn't like my original one?
Please help, I will take any advice I can get
