Does a non-domain system connecting to a share require a cal? :
I have a few Vista home systems that I want to connect to a share on an 08 server.

astorrs Member Posts: 3,139 ■■■■■■□□□□Hyper-Me, that's not true necessarily. While retail copies of Windows Server are bundled with some amount of CALs (5-25 usually), licenses acquired through Microsoft Volume Licensing agreements do not include CALs (they are a seperate SKU).
