Protocol Down
giterrell
got into work this morning and one of our T1's is showing that it is down. I have contacted the provider to see if the problem is on their end, but I am concerned that it may be the card that is going bad since I purchased it used. the card is still being recognized by the router. Are there any commands that may help me confirm that the card is still in working order?
thanks in advance

not much you can do. Its up to your T1 provider to run tests on their end and if they have to they will send a tech out to diagnose your end of the line and the card, including a loopback test.

make a loopback plug and are you getting a AIS on the service module
