T.F.T.P. server that work for Vista?

Do you guys have any T.F.T.P. servers that work on Vista for certain? I just got done messing with a freebie off CNet and after getting everything working I ended up not being able to copy the IOS from program. Something with it not copying from the clipboard right or the such. So do you guys have anything you've tried on Vista? I think the one before didn't work because it didn't interface with the clipboard or something.
So thanks if you guys can save me some time installing everything off cnet

Very cool, the it worked great updating the IOS on the two routers I wanted to do.
