Not sure if it applies to all of them but the free retake is only good for one time, so if you fail it a second time you have to pay for it the 3rd time.

The free retake (second shot) is over with, so you will need to pay every time you take it.

Actually the second shot promotion is over; therefore you have to pay each and every time you take the exam.
