    Well first i need to get through with all the free certs available on the Juniper Fast track site ,after that i am looking at doing the JNCIS -M exam and if everything goes well my goal is to do the IE-ER before end of November this year.

    By the way i wouldn't have done it with out your help guysicon_thumright.gif thank you for the information.
