smtpdiag wont run

hi trying run smtpdiag.exe but it wont run just get a screen flash

any help on what im doing wrong

folder is installed on desktop

when i got to the dir and run it, it closes my CLI
maybe a bad .exe

That's weird. If I just double-click the exe, it closes instantly (as expected), but it works fine from within a command window.

Maybe try downloading it again: Download details: Microsoft Exchange Server SMTPDiag Tool

Try redownloading it, opening up a command line and running it with /? to see if it spits out the proper help text.

must have been a bad file, downloaded the file this time from the ms website and all is good
