Pearson VUE voucher not working.

When i try to add my voucher after setting the appointment time at the pearsonvue website i get this weird error saying "my voucher is not valid because i have failed to answer a specific question" or something along those lines...
Has anyone seen this problem or know what im doing wrong?? its really bothering me...

I would call Vue and set up the appointment through them. I don't remember the procedure, but I do believe you have to sign their candidate agreement which is like a checkbox on the page somewhere saying you read their terms. If it's not there contact Vue about setting up the appointment with your voucherCurrently working on:
