Pearson VUE voucher not working.

When i try to add my voucher after setting the appointment time at the pearsonvue website i get this weird error saying "my voucher is not valid because i have failed to answer a specific question" or something along those lines...

Has anyone seen this problem or know what im doing wrong?? its really bothering me...

    The solution to your problem is that you're failing to answer a question?

    I would call Vue and set up the appointment through them. I don't remember the procedure, but I do believe you have to sign their candidate agreement which is like a checkbox on the page somewhere saying you read their terms. If it's not there contact Vue about setting up the appointment with your voucher
