Dell Powerconnect switch book?

Anyone know of any "study" material for Dell Powerconnect switches? Would be nice to have a book or something other than the user manual for learning these.

Are Dell PowerConnect switches actually all based on the same platform? I've used a couple in the past and the UI was different between models because they were Dell branded versions of somebody elses switch design.
