encrypted USB stick

we're looking to role out a load of encrypted USB sticks at work, the only requirements that i know of are they need to use a 256 AES encryption or greater and that can be use without admin privileges on user PCs, kinda looking for something we could use to encrypt any new sticks before giving then out to users.
What's another word for Thesaurus?
