Remote Monitoring Software

I´m looking por a piece of software that will give me reporting on both up time and Bandwidth utilization. Currently I am using Nagios and Cacti, but I´d like to merge both in to one single product, and I´m also looking to be able to create multiple users on it, where I can have a Site Admin and log in, and have rights to only view utilization and uptime reports for his site specifically.

I did search before posting and saw dynamik´s similar post and I´ve looked at those programs, PRTG, Zabbix, Big Brother...just wondering if anybody out there had my same scenario and could give me more ideas.

All I really need the software to do is ping, snmp, graphs and role-based access, most of the programs I´ve seen offer much more that I need (which makes them more complicated to configure and probaly pricier that what I need).

Any ideas?

We use Intermapper for some of our clients. It allows you to lay out a map of your infrastructure and uses SNMP to monitor everything. It will let you know when devices aren't functioning up to spec. You can set up maps for different clients and set up users and give them views of the specific maps. It also has a web component that people can view the reports/status remotely.

zabbix -- we use it for all sorts of monitoring and alerting. have a few users locked down to seeing certain systems that they manage.
