Where can I get the RSAT for windows 7? The file I downloaded tells me the update is not applicable.

this is where I downloaded it from and I get that error when I try to run it

It was probably updated to be used for the RTM version not the RC version.

That's what I was thinking...the download page doesn't indicate what version it's for and makes no mention of the RC or Beta, so I'm thinking it's built for the full release version of Windows 7.

The date on the release is 8-11-09 which is after the release to RTM. That what gave me that idea.

yeah the link on microsoft now is for the RTM version they removed the link for Beta and rc
