DHCP IP lease assignment

DHCP server leasing same IP to the client after renewal as well in the address leases DHCP server is not listing the DHCP registered client details.
ipconfig/all shows me all the incorrect settings : DHCP Server and DNS both the IP addresses are different (192.168.1.1 which is the default gateway).
DHCP and DNS both running on the DC .

Even DNS is not updating the record .
DHCP Client Settings : NetBIOS setting set to default , Enable LMHOSTS lookup checked ,
DHCP Server settings : Server Authorized , scope activated , Address Pool - 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.254 , No reservations defined , In scope options Router (ISP DG) and DNS added , no server options configured . -

I haven't checked that but i'm very much sure no router is installed on the network

Issue resolved fully .
Steps i followed :
Restarted the server
Release & Renewed the IP
Changed the domain and computer name ( given that there was conflict on the network).
Thanks to every contributor .
