CCNP (or) CCSP ?

Hi people.
I have just completed my CCNA with 986\1000.
I want to get into securities, do i have to complete CCNP to get a better understading on CCSP (or) Can i proceed further .

I've asked the same question to many people, and they all seemed to think that starting with the NP would be ideal. -

Im in the same position, ive recently completed my ccna now ive started doing the CCNA:Security concentration exam before i go for CCNP. From what ive read i think you have to pass the CCNA:Security before you can start the CCSP. -

Yes, that is true. You have to complete the CCNA:Security concentration before you can start taking the CCSP exams. Supposedly, there is content overlap between CCNA:Security and ISCW for CCNP. I have thought about that as well and have decided to do CCNP/CCDP before CCSP. -

You have to complete the CCNA:Security concentration before you can start taking the CCSP exams.
I believe you can take them in any order you want, but of course doing the CCNA:Sec before doing CCSP makes the most sense.
