So I'm trying to see when I can take my 70-621 and I can't even load anything past selecting Microsoft. Why is Prometric's site so terrible icon_sad.gif raaaawr

Because if they weren't, they'd be VUE.

A long time ago I remember it being the other way around. I will say that Vue's website is a bit annoying for overseas military trying to test were Prometric's isn't.

Yea, and what sucks is that the website doesn't work, and half the time scheduling over the phone is impossible (either due to issues on their end, or can only register online for the exam). And on top of that, the vouchers you buy are NON-REFUNDABLE and you cannot have them extended.

Microsoft made a HUGE mistake dropping VUE. They are 10x more reliable than Prometric, and better customer service to boot. And you don't waste money by a really screwy website and shitty customer service.

Ive never had a problem signing up on the website or phone.

The website was on the brink of crashing the morning that 71-680 was available, but thats sortve understandable.

I have never had a problem with the Prometric website or phone system either.

    +1 I hear that!

    For me it's a matter of :

12 miles to NEAREST VUE testing site
96 miles to NEAREST Prometric testing site

Sorry Microsoft, you'll have to wait till I find a job!

1hr 45min drive to my nearest Prometric site. That's why I do MS exams two at a time.
