Prometrics website is horrible

So I'm trying to see when I can take my 70-621 and I can't even load anything past selecting Microsoft. Why is Prometric's site so terrible raaaawr

PC509 Member Posts: 804 ■■■■■■□□□□Yea, and what sucks is that the website doesn't work, and half the time scheduling over the phone is impossible (either due to issues on their end, or can only register online for the exam). And on top of that, the vouchers you buy are NON-REFUNDABLE and you cannot have them extended.
Microsoft made a HUGE mistake dropping VUE. They are 10x more reliable than Prometric, and better customer service to boot. And you don't waste money by a really screwy website and shitty customer service. -

The website was on the brink of crashing the morning that 71-680 was available, but thats sortve understandable. -

96 miles to NEAREST Prometric testing site
