Rearming Server 2008 trial
I am trying to reset the evaluation period of one of my VM's using the command slmgr.vbs –rearm. It pops up an error complaining it's an unrecognised option. When I dslmgr.vbs –dli, it works fine saying there's a day to go. Someone else had this at all?
If it doesnt work out, I'll just reinstall it since it's only a VM. But I dont really want to have to reconfig everything.

Ok I found the solution. Set the time to an earlier date, disabled the network adapters so there were no comms with the other machines at all, ran the command again, worked like a beauty.
This might have happened because in the bottom right hand corner, it said "This copy of Windows is not genuine" (it's the trial from the MS website). So setting an earlier date probably "tricked" the machine into resetting the eval period.
