Internet simulation in Packet Tracer 5.0?

I have a question about how to simulate an Internet connection using Packet Tracer. I'm using Packet Tracer version 5.0. I'm currently studying for the ICND2 exam, and I'm using Jeremy Cioara's CBT Nuggets videos. In the videos, Jeremy is using a small-office network with one router connected to the internet. The router's E0/1 interface is connected to the Internet (ISP) and has an IP and mask of 68.110.171.98/27. It is connected to the Internet connection (ISP) which has an IP and mask of 68.110.171.97/27. My question is, how do you simulate this in Packet Tracer? I know how to configure the router and set the IP and mask on the E0/1 interface, but how do I configure the Internet connection and give it an IP and mask? I can select a Wan Emulation cloud from the diagram, as well as a cable or DSL modem, but how do I connect it to the router's interface, and how do I assign the IP address and mask to the ISP/Internet connection? Why not just setup a second router and name it ISP? Connect the two routers and give them an IP address. You could also skip this and just bring up a loopback interface with an IP address of the ISP.

You could setup frame relay since you'll be using it a lot for the ICND2 and just have 2 global IP's setup. To do this, choose cloud-PT, goto the config tab and choose the serial interface you'll use (Serial 0 and Serial 1). Give Serial 0 a DLCI and name, give Serial 1 a DLCI and name. Goto the Frame Relay tab under Connections and link Serial 0 : Name --> Serial 1 : Name. Connect the DCE end of the serial cable to the cloud and connect to your router.

Go towards one of these routes.
