Good book to assist with ASA 5510 configuration.

This past Friday our PIX 506E failed at the office, so we had to replace it and I thought why not upgrade to an ASA 5510. We were using a Linksys RV042 at our end to connect to Linksys RV042's at our remote branches, the 5510 will give us the ability to eliminate the RV042 at our end. I also ordered it with the SSM-AIP-10 module, and hope to take advantage of that as well soon.
Initial configuration was fairly straight forward since our PIX previously was running a fairly simple configuration. I know at the moment I have the ASA in such a basic configuration that it's not being anywhere near best utilized to help secure our network.
I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a good book to read up on the capabilities and configuration for an ASA. I've been looking through Cisco's site, but would also prefer a good book. I was considering this one unless anybody has a better recommendation:
Amazon.com: Cisco ASA, PIX, and FWSM Firewall Handbook (2nd Edition) (9781587054570): David Hucaby: Books

Looks like the second edition is coming out in Dec. Can't you just put the project on hold for a few months? -

Slick, that's all I needed to give me a perfectly valid excuse to buy another book
I'll have to consider the other book later on. The hopeful plan is to replace the Linksys RV042's at our endpoints with ASA's. You wouldn't believe the stack of failed RV042's I have from the past 6 months roughly - 12 I believe the last count is and they are just about all under warranty still. Time to switch to something more reliable.
Thanks everybody -

I was just looking at that book? How would you rate it for just an admin's reference, I have a few big projects coming up and it could be useful to have on hand. Also what version of code is it based off of 8.x+ I hope. -
Ahriakin Member Posts: 1,799 ■■■■■■■■□□ooooohhhh. I didn't know Richard had written an ASA book, I loved his VPN and Router books. Damnit more expenditure (also to be explained to the missus ).We responded to the Year 2000 issue with "Y2K" solutions...isn't this the kind of thinking that got us into trouble in the first place?
