70-620 and 70-622

Just a quick question I have already passed my 70-620 and I have booked my 70-622 in a couple weeks.

Once I have passed my 70-622 will it make me a MCITP: Enterprise support technician?

Thanks for the rely.

Once I have finished with my vista exams I want to do my 7 exams. Will I just have to take an upgrade exam as I am unsure on how this works
