    They have been talking about doing this for a few months now, and it sounds silly but i kinda hope they do bring this charge in. I'd be happy to pay 50p per month for a while to assist in getting fibre direct to my house. We are way behind a lot of other countries! At the end of the day, everything has to be paid for, and if it wasn't going to be this way, our telephone or some other bill would have gone up instead. It's inevitable.
