Degree Vs. Experience (Managemnet)

I’m currently working help desk and going to school. In March of 2011, I graduate with my B.S. in Management and Business Information Systems. I’m thinking about getting an MBA right after (while I’m still in the mindset.)
My question is: Will my lack of management experience coupled with an MBA help or hurt me from getting a job? Should I try and get into a management position with my B.S. then get the MBA?

You get into management positions from experience not a degree. There are lucky few who go straight in but thats few and far in between. Look at what the local jobs for management positions you're interested in require. The degree will be one of about 10 requirements usually also involving quite a few years.
