SysInternals Disk2VHD

On their blog site, Sysinternals announced a new tool for converting physical disks to VHD:

Could be a useful free tool.

I should mention that this tool is only for making VPC and Hyper-V virtual disks, and only from physical machines with Windows XP SP2 and later MS OSes installed (no non-MS OSes). Also, it doesn't automatically resolve driver incompatibilities with the virtual machine environment; you still need to remove/replace incompatible drivers manually.
