Paging DN Timeout?

Anyone know if it’s possible to set a time-out value for an ephone-dn that is used exclusively for paging (or any DN for that matter)? The paging extension keeps getting stuck in the off-hook state because the end users are jamming on the buttons and not hanging up the handsets (don’t ask!).
