Late response here, I know....got married, went to Jamaica..back to the real world...

Things are going well. Yeah, I was living under a rock I suppose..thanks for pointing that out so cleverely Pash ;)

I'm in the midst of starting a web solutions company that offers web design/development, but also places a lot of emphasis on social media marketing/SEO type services. It's been going well, but a ridiculous amount of work already. So far she is still hanging in there with me....

I put my wife's computer on 7 back in april and she's been pleased with it. I don't want to put her on a Linux OS because I don't want to have to troubleshoot it. Hell I have her in her own VLAN isolated from the rest of my network so if she goes hog wild clicking on crap it will only hose her box. With regards to computers, treat spouses like the employees you service at work. Paranoid 24/7. ;)

Glad to hear that I'm not the only one. Next comes heavy QoS.

I've got QoS set up for my PS3 and xbox 360 traffic. I placed their traffic in the priority queue where VoIP would normally exist.

Hah, I used to prioritize my XBL traffic over her WoW traffic.

You should have put her WoW traffic in the junk queue.

Late response, yet again, but Jamaica was great. We stayed at the Sandals resort in Negril- definitely worth it! All-inclusive is surely the way to go. While we were there we were already planning our next trip. I really have zero complaints, other than I can't afford to go back for a year or two...oh, that and the fact that while on a jungle safari I accidently found my foot in a mount of jamaican fire ants. I definitely felt the effects of those little suckers..

Most important parts about my trip to Jamaica:

-Bars open at 10am..and our room was about 20 ft from a bar/beach grille)
    -Food everywhere..amazing food..and since it's all-inclusive, it keeps coming..
-Service was incredible..everywhere you turn someone is more than willing to help out.
