If you're just starting out learning about security you can start with the fundamentals -- Cisco Press Network Security Fundamentals. The Complete Cisco VPN Configuration Guide is also nice to have laying around. If you're looking for books for some of the CCSP exams -- wait until you've decided on the exam, check that the exam still exists and hasn't been retired or updated since you last looked, then mention it and we'll try to point you to the best and/or most current Cisco Press book (or Cisco Docs/White Papers) that could be useful before they change the CCSP exams again. Security is definitely a moving target -- for both the exams and the real world.
