CUCM 6.1 IPMA question

Anyone knows if there is a way to recover IPMA speed dials? I have a user who got a new PC, therefore, a brand new IPMA installation. Is there a way that I can recover her speed dials from the old PC to the new PC? I know this can be done with Attendant Console but does not appear the same with IPMA.
