2 CCIEs?

brad-brad- Member Posts: 1,218
If any of you watch the show "Shark Tank" on ABC, they had a guy on there last night that said he worked for Cisco and had 2 CCIE's.

I dont know much about the Cisco world...how long would it take to do something like that?

There are a lot of multi-CCIEs out there. How long it takes is subjective. It depends on the person.

One of the guys at work is a triple (R&S, Service Provider and Security), it took him 7 years.
We responded to the Year 2000 issue with "Y2K" solutions...isn't this the kind of thinking that got us into trouble in the first place?

Many hours of study. How long it takes you will depend on your priorities and how much time you can put in each day. Historically there was quite a bit of overlap between the tracks so if you had momentum and moved quickly from on IE to the next the subsequent tracks were a bit quicker to knock out. With the tracks more going their own way these days and becoming more specialised this applies less today.
