Upgrade MCITP:EST to Windows 7

Does anyone know what the upgrade path is from MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician under Vista to Windows 7 is? I don't see it at the MS site.

You must pass one upgrade exam from microsoft and the Help Desk Institute exam.
