Need help to save my router! Thanks!!!

Hi,

I wanted to upgrade my IOS in a 2610 router (24M/16F). I didn't check the memory requirement before I did it, which was a big mistake.

I erased the image in flash and put the IP123-22 image into the flash and reloaded it.

Then it said "Not enough memory in the system to run this image", then it entered the ROM monitor mode with the rommon prompt.

How should I do to correct my mistake here?
I have a T.F.T.P client running on my computer, but I don't know how I can make the router to search the T.F.T.P for IOS when it starts up.

I tried to search on Cisco.com but didn't come up with any solution, maybe I didn't use the right key word to search.

Please help. Thanks!

You backed up your old IOS to your t-ftp server before you did this, right?
