Just a general question to throw out there. How do you keep the speed of Outlook running quickly for users that have large mailboxes?
IE. Our CEO has a 12GB mailbox. We use a hosted exchange solution which when we setup Outlook creates a cached mailbox as well. However our users with large mailbox tend to see a slow down in their response time of Outlook.
Outlook version is 2003 & 2007.
(WINWORD also seems to cause alot of hanging with replies and forwards of email)

We're in a similar situation with multiple employees with 10GB+ mailboxes and we're looking at attacking it from the Symantec Enterprise Vault side.
