Passed my security + yesterday with a score of 852. I saw a lot of questions on cryptography, none on ports. a few questions on policies and procedures two questions on virtualization, and several on access control.

The advice I can give is just know your stuff inside an out. A lot of the questions(not all) are worded in a way that made me believe I was new to speaking English. That's where knowing your stuff comes into play, I looked at the question said to myself wtf and then figured out what the question was actually saying.

It took me about 2 months to get ready I used sybex exam cram cbt nuggets and transcender.
