PDF Add-on program?

Got a query from one of my users, who wants the ability to highlight or tag where they have left off reading long pdf files. I didnt know of any off hand, but thought this would be good personally for studying from pdf files. Be able to bookmark where you left off, etc.

Anyone using anything like this?

You can change the color of bookmarks, dunno if that helps you, though. Just right-click and choose properties, change the color.
