We are implementing a DR plan and are looking to install and bring up another subscriber to our cluster which resides in our central office.
However this new subscriber will be in a different location and on a different network.
Is this do-able?
If not what options do i have ? We want to be opertaion in case of diaster as quickly as possible.

The Cisco Solution Reference Network Design (SRND) Documents should point you in the right direction.
Here's the link to the WAN Considerations section for 7.x that should get you started.
Cisco Unified Communications SRND Based on Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.x - Unified Communications Deployment Models [Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)] - Cisco Systems
If you keep reading past that section you'll hit the Local & Remote failover sections.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set! -
