does 250$ CCNA included the initial certification kits if I have pass the exam??

or I have to purchase one??

    I haven't heard any news about a change of policy -- so I still think you get the "first one" free.

    In the past they had the option to get "expedited shipping" for a fee.

    I'd usually just get my "free one" as the "paper option" and while waiting for it to show up I'd order and pay for an extra electronic PDF version.

    yap, if you pass the exam you will get a welcome kit (paper cert + wallet card) for free so to speak (included in exam fee). You will have to validate yor shipping address before it is shipped though.

    just received my CCNA welcome kit a week ago.
