Networking XP Computers

How hard would it be to route 3 computers together. 2 computers are in one building and the other computer is in a building 15 miles away. I know all 3 computers have Windows XP and there are DSL hookups at each site. How would I go about doing this. Would all I need for this is a router?

VPN, actually did one this monday with a Cisco PIX 501. Get the statics on the outside of the routers & create an access list for them on each side of the Tunnel you want to create.
