need to write a disaster recovery plan

Has anybody written one before? I have updated them but never written one from scratch. I am supposed to make references to existing company policy for the new policy. I wrote up a rough draft last week for a new access control policy that the company is giving me their input for changes. Right now I am researching, not sure how in depth they want it so I am just looking at winging it for now with a rough draft, informal interviews etc.
Really have not had much time to do anything technical now. Been doing a crap load of revising, editing and writing. Part of me wishes I paid more attention in my writing classes.
If anybody has a good source online for writing a disaster recovery plan I would greatly appreciate it.

Exactly what I needed thanks a ton. Was using some documents from zdnet but SANS is a great source. -

Actually I could use this book, I always get nervous when somebody has to proof read things I have written.
